Begin: ch 4 and join

sc in middle of chain spot 8 times, JOIN

Chain 1, 2 sc in each chain spot around, JOIN

Chain 1, * 1 hdc, 2 hdc in next * continue around to start point, JOIN

Chain 1, * 1 hdc, 1 hdc, 2 hdc * continue around to start point, JOIN

Chain 1, * sc in next 3 hdc, 2 sc in fourth hdc * continue around to start point, DO NOT JOIN

(At this point, this is where you would add your second color if desired)

Sc in next 4 sc, hdc in next, 2 hdc in next, 2 dc in next, 1 dc in next, 1 hdc in next, sc in next 6, 1 hdc in next, 1 dc in next, 2 dc in next, 2 hdc in next, 1 hdc in next, sc in next 4 sc, then JOIN and tie off.

After making the 2 sides you join them by slant whip stitching. Tie off.
