Vanilla Waffles
These are light, fluffy & tasty waffles.
You will need a waffle iron to make these.
The time is only a guide as irons will vary in temperature.

Step 1Combine warm milk & melted butter together.
Add honey & yeast.
Let sit for 15 mins.

Step 2Combine flour & salt together.
Make a well in the center.

Step 3Pour yeast mixture into flour.
Combine.

Step 4Add eggs & vanilla.
Combine.

Step 5Cover with cling film.
Let sit for 1 hr.

Step 6Heat waffle iron.
Pour batter into iron.
Cook for approx 5 mins each.

Step 7Serve with butter & syrup.
