It only takes a little time to make this dish up, but it will need additional time to set in the fridge.

Step 1Soak the gelatine leaves in a little cold water until soft.

Step 2Place milk, cream, vanilla & sugar into a pan & simmer.
When come's up to simmer turn off pan.

Step 3Squeeze the water out of the gelatine and add to the pan.
Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved.

Step 4Divide in the mixture between the bowl's and leave to cool.
Once cool, place in fridge to set. Approx 1 hour.
