With a flash of nostalgia I bought the chewing gum I used to have as a kid, the ones where you get those sticky tattoos. And some had just cute designs, although I wouldn't stick them onto my arms anymore..

Get the tattoo you want

Stick it onto the surface and dab a moist cloth onto it, just as you did on your arm. Pull of the paper

Maybe put a little varnish or glue, to fix it so it won't come of that easily. And you're done
