Too many ugly free college shirts? Spice them up a little!
I took an old, over-sized tee that I got for free at a college fair, trimmed it up with some hand-stitched ruffles and came up with this feminine little number :)
There's a little rosette in the middle, too, though I don't think it's very visible.

@Tina - Thanks! For the ruffles, I used the sleeves that I cut off from this shirt, as well as a few scrap pieces from a different project.
