Union Jack Pillowcase

Make a pillowcase for your favorite Anglophile!
Cut out your blue fabric (I used flannel), measure the white fabric a little wider than your ribbons, and sew them together. Sew the strips on to the front of the blue fabric. Sew the blue fabric together on three sides wrong-side-out, then hem the rough edge at the top that is not connected. Insert pillow form and sew on snaps at the edges and the center! Voila!
