I turned an XXL shirt I bought on clearance a while back into a cute halter dress. I don't use patterns, so I just measured and sewed away. I added some soft elastic to the empire waist to help it stay in place and to give a little more support in the bust area. I wanted to use red or lime green lace at the bottom, but all I could find at the craft store was black, so that's what I went with.
