for my 21st in August i'm having a UV/Blacklight/Neon/Glow in the Dark party. this is the make up i did as a trail run for it. i really like it so i think i'll do this. all thats missing is a massive pair of pink false lashes. thats the wig i will be wearing too. i can post a how to when i do it for my birthday
