Ugly Thrift Store Skirt Into Cute Skirt:)

Love the print but not the design? Redesign!:D
I fell in love with the print of this skirt and had to have it but I knew I had to make some modifications lol The before picture is actually taken after I had already sewn up all the pleats...there were tons but it wasn't a uniformly pleated skirt.....didn't like the design at all. Now that I've up-cycled it, I love it!:D
