Step 1Place cucumber in a strainer & coat in salt.
Leave for 30 mins.

Step 2Place cucumber onto kitchen paper & dry off.
Squeeze the excess juice out.
Chop the cucumber into smaller pieces.

Step 3Add yogurt, lime juice, garlic, oil, Vinegar & herbs to the cucumber.
Stir to combine.
Serve with chicken Soulvaci.
