These are so simple and look great. Add beads to get your own desired look or make it longer to create a necklace.

!!! Please read all the way through before trying this out (for there are extra instructions for beading). If you have any questions, please ask!!! =)

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Cut 4 strands of twine that are the same lenght.

(This will be for the inside of your bracelet. If you want it thicker, add more strands.)

  2. Step 2

Now cut a strand that is about three times as long as the other strands. (You will use this strand to wrap around the others.)

Note: the thicker your bracelet (aka- the more strands in your inside bracelet), the longer this string needs to be.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Take your 5 strands and make them all even at the top, like so.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Tie these into a knot (any kind of knot).

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Now, take your longest strand and pull it behind the others, as shown in the picture.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Pull it around infront of the other strands and down through the hole as the picture shows.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

Tightly pull the knot you just made.

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

Continue these knots (steps 5-7). The knots will naturally twist all the way around the bracelet.

  9. Step 9

    Step 9

If you wish for beads, right before you make the knot, add the bead.

  10. Step 10

    Step 10

Then just finish the knot shown in steps 5-7, only now with the bead. Pull tightly.

  11. Step 11

    Step 11

Tighten this knot. Now you can continue with the knots shown in steps 5-7.

  12. Step 12

    Step 12

When desired lenght is reached, make a sturdy knot at the end and cut off the excess twine. Then you can tie it to your beginning knot.
