It´s a tutu that I did for carnivals.
I did it with tulle of four superposed colors.

I totally love this, also your English is pretty good. Would you be willing to post this as a how-to? As this tutu is probably alot better than alot of shop-bought one's that I've seen. It's cute.
P.S: I love Cat's tutu too comment lol
