it's very easy all you need to use is a a pair of scissor then glue gun, ribbon and of coarse your shoes!!
when i was cleaning at our backyard i saw that flat shoes in the garbage then i get it,. so the fist step prepare all your materials then put the ribbon on the shoe whatever part of the shoe you want just use you imagination i'm sure you can make it!,.. ^^
