This is a recipe I had been wanting to try out for a while. After all that leftover turkey sat there I decided to give it a go and it was ridiculously tasty.
This also works with leftover chicken.

After 20-30 minutes remove the bones and meat from the water. Set it aside to cool a bit.
Add in any seasonings you like to the broth: Rosemary, garlic salt, onion powder, ect.

Pull the meat from the bones. Once the veggies have cooked for 15 minutes put the meat back in the stock. Stir.
Taste your stock to see if it needs salt, a little water, more rosemary, ect.

Enjoy your tasty homemade soup. It's a real boyfriend/family member/friend pleaser.
It's also great with chicken and is a great comfort food.

I'm going to have to try that quorn stuff. It looks good.
Carli: Oh yes please try this. It's so easy and so much better for you than stuff from a can. Making it once will get you the hang of it and you'll whip it up quick anytime it's needed and it's GREAT for the sick.
