Tutu with tulle flowers, ribbon strands and bling! Any little girls dream tutu :)
This was designed totally be accident! I noticed I wouldnt have enough tulle to finish the tutu so I made some tulle flowers to close up the back and surprisingly it came out great!! Hope you like it!
