From boyish to belle!

Yet another old band shirt I decided to revamp

  1. Step 1

    Step 1.

    Take an old T shirt and cut from just under the armpit in a curve over the pattern on the shirt (if there is one).

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Now cut a length of fabric from the cut off scrap to use as a ribbon casing. Aim for around 20cm, or measure from the bottom of your bust to the base of your neck.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Turn the shirt inside out, then fold your ribbon in half and pin to the bottom of where you would like your scrunching to begin.

    Now pin the ribbon casing over the bottom of the ribbon and stitch across the bottom and up each side. (purple is the stitching)

    Turn the right way out and Ta da!
