Pretty Easy
Description

Make a shopping tote from an old graphic tee.

Instructions
  1. 1
    Step 1

Get your supplies ready and lay out the tshirt and plastic bag nice and flat.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Cut the bottom of the bag off but
    leave the bag folded.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Lay the plastic bag on the
    t-shirt.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Fold the side hem of the shirt in to replicate the plastic bag.

  5. 5
    Step 5

    Seem along the t-shirt’s hem.

  6. 6
    Step 6

    Cut the sleeves off.

  7. 7
    Step 7

I leave the section where the sleeve is attached to the arm hole.

  8. 8
    Step 8

Cut out the top of the bag.
I use the plastic bag as a pattern for how large I would like the opening to be.

  9. 9
    Step 9

Then make a rolled hem around the opening to finish off.

  10. 10
    Step 10

Now you will fold the straps in half on the shoulder seem and sew
this flat to finish the bag.
