I didn't like any of the eyemask patterns I found (they were all WAY too wide), so I made my own. I have owned a few different sleeping masks over the years and this one is by far the coziest. Took me about 10 minutes and 3 tshirt sleeves.

stack your tshirt sleeves and put your pattern ontop. cut it out.

sew around the edge (I used a straight stitch)

trim off some of the extra and leave some to curl.

get two long pieces about the length of your arm. Sew on each side.

you're done. go take a nap.
