I sow the idea, and changed a little bit.. and it was great..
I use an L sleeveless shirt, that was from my brother, so it cost nothing to me..

You Will Need

Step 1Take the sleeveless shirt and draw the line before you cut.

Step 2cut the shirt.

Step 3cut in the center of the back, as much as you want to adjust your halter.

Step 4then cut..
I made 3 cuts.. -
Step 5now make some knot bows

Step 6I make 3 knots bows..

Step 7and this is how it looks like in the back..
