I made these to hand out for Christmas at my school and people loved them. The recipe was quite easy, although sticky. I had lots of fun and wanted to try coating in fancy stuff (though it didn't work out perfectly). I coated it in hot cocoa mix instead of cocoa powder partly because cocoa powder makes me cough and partly because I didn't know there was much of a difference :P. The others I tried to coat in coconut flake and these tasted amazing but the coconut didn't stick everywhere.

Btw the tray those are sitting in are from a giant box of ferrero rocher :P
