A chilly, delicious treat.
These fruity treats are a really nice compliment to a hot breakfast, or are great for beating the heat on yucky summer afternoons. Added bonus: they couldn't be simpler to make!

Step 1Prepare your orange juice by mixing the frozen concentrate with three cans of filtered water. Stir until completely blended. Place your cups in a container that can hold them steady. Mix one part orange juice with one part of the juice the pineapple is canned in. Add some pineapple chunks to the mixture.

Step 2Allow to freeze solid for at least two hours. Take out of freezer ten minutes before you plan to eat, and then enjoy!
