Cut out your pieces of card to make the faces of a simple rectangular box but with two sloping sides(make sure to make it the right size for your cd's.)Then secure in place with lots of masking tape, as much as possible!!

Line the top edges of the box with a long sausage of newspaper and secure with tape.Next make two other rolls of newspaper stick them in the shape of treble clefs on each side.

Make a paste solution then papier mache with the newspaper delicately over the whole design. Do a few coats to give it extra strength.

Once dry give it a coat of white paint.

Use acrylics to paint your shelf.Remember to highlight the details. Wait for it to dry and voila a place to put your most precious albums!!
