-cut off collar and sleeves.
-cut the sleeves right under the seam as well as the collar.
-keep the sleeves and set them aside.

-flip shirt inside out and stich back and forth at the top of the tank sleeve, so that it is strong and wont tear out.

bow time (:
-get those sleeves that you saved and cut a piece of fabric about 2and a half inches.

-squeeze the fabric in the middle
-pin and then sew down the middle back and forth a few times (:

-cut a little piece of the fabric that you have set aside

-that little piece of fabric which you just cut will overlap part of the bow so you wont see the part that was sewn.

-sew piece of fabric together

-pin the bow onto your shirt (:

-hand sew the bow on to your shirt (:

-then youre going to cut the excess fabric right at the seam

:] now you've got a cute tank top with bows !
