i actually got this idea from wes chan of wong fu productions awhile back when vid con or something was taking place. i made the costume and everything but just never got around to uploading it. but here it is, so enjoyy!! :D good luck and have fun
i actually think if u did this with a tight fitted shirt, it would look so much better. someone try it out for me? [:

lay your shirt on a flat surface

cut out the logo and make the hole circular, but not too big

then stretch it out~!

(optionall) cut off both sleeves and cut strips down the shoulder. i only did this to one side, SAVE THE SLEEVES!

now put it on and gather the excess fabric in the back and tie it with a hair tie or rubber band, this is gonna be his tail

then sew the tail together

take some of the extra shirt pieces and cut out 7 or 8 v shapes but dont cut these out from the sleeves, you need to save those

pin them onto a white tank top like so, and sew :D

now wear the tank top with the gray shirt on top and youre done! i would wear this with gray skinny jeans [: check out my other projects for the full costume
