To Make The Paint:
Mix about 1 tbs. of white glue with a drop or two of food coloring

Repeat with every color you're going to need for your window cling

Put the picture that you want to use for your cling inside a Ziplock bag.

Trace over all the black lines in your picture with black dimensional paint. Use a toothpick for thinner lines (I used one for her eyelashes).

Also, don't feel like you have to use the whole picture, I'm only using her head and her hand (paw, whatever). :)

Use a small paintbrush to fill in the outlines of your picture. If you're need white for your picture, just use regular glue without any dye.
(Don't worry if it looks a little messed up, it'll look a lot better when it drys.)

Let dry overnight....
(See? It looks much better!)

Stick on a window, and you're done!
