Tops Galore!

  • Completed Project: Tops Galore! Picture #1

Summer and Winter Tops!

I made these tops from McCall's pattern M4872. Both were relatively simple to make, but if you have never used a stretch fabric or set a sleeve in before it could get tricky. A serger is really helpful for stretch knits also. The tank has these nice red ribbons with gold trim I found and the long sleeve black top has a sort of native American inspired ribbon as a tie around the middle. Both turned out really cute. I have used this pattern time and time again to make little T's and tank tops! It is very easy to use and the size always fits just right!
