i made my first one when about 6 yrs ago, just take a clear plastic toothbrush (no rubber) and a pot with some water. wait for the water to boil and then drop in your toothbrush. put a lid on it for 8-10 minutes and then with a pair of tongs remove. have a towel ready, so you can bend it! drop in or run under some cold water to set it. if it doesn't come out right the first time put it back in the boiling water.
