Take your toilet paper roll, or paper towel roll and cut it into sections.

Super glue pieces together to your liking. I myself created flowers.

Continue adding to your project. I created a lot of flowers and kept adding more and small curls on some ends.

Pick a color of spray paint and begin to paint. Make sure to lay down some paper so that you don't paint the grass or concrete.

Let it dry and hang some nails where you wish to hang it at and there ya go!

Finished! Keep in mind that vines are not symmetrical, so imperfections make it look more realistic.
