Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix tofu, mozzarella, eggs, spices, spaghetti sauce, and cooked pasta shells in a 13X9" oven-safe dish. Mix well.
*note: I think its perfect the way it is, but if you like lots of sauce buy a bigger jar and add as much as you like ^_^
Top with the 2 cups Italian style blend (I like cheese ^_^)and bake for 20min.
Some add-in possibilities: thin sliced zucchini, diced fresh or canned tomatoes, maybe diced onion...
