1. 

   First step is to make the frame of your flower. Start with the stem. Twist the two green pipe cleaners together like the picture(you might need more pipe cleaners if your flower is heavier).

2. 

   Next you need to create the anthers. Cut the yellow pipe cleaner into about three equal pieces.




3. 

   Shape the anthers as you wish to mimic real flowers. Here is what mine look like.

4. 

   Twist the bottom of the pipecleaners together and attach to the stem (cut off any extra yellow pipe cleaner).




5. 

   Next you need to create the frame of the petals. Cut the white pipe cleaners in half.

6. 

   With half of a white pipe cleaner, make a circle, as such. Make sure to leave some extra pipe cleaner outside the circle to attach to the stem.

7. 

   Form the circle into how you would like your petal to look. (mine looks like an oval softly bent to 90 degree angle).

8. 

   Now cut or tear strips of white tissue paper (about a half inch wide) and start wrapping the frame (as shown in the picture).

9. 

   Continue wrapping until the whole circle is wrapped.

10. 

    Now that you have the petal frame, drap and tighten a piece of tissue paper over the frame and tape behind the petal.

11. 

    Repeat steps 6-10 until you have five petals.

12. 

    Now twist the petals together with the stem. You're done! Adjust as needed.
