I was on stumble upon and I found this beauty on a blog post by green eggs and hamm. I have an obsession with ties and this necklace is awesome. It looks great with low neck shirts, that way it gives the illusion that it is a part of the shirt itself. It tends to move around a bit so I just secure it with two safety pins when wearing it, (I move a lot) one in the back and one in the front.
It is so easy to make too, I was watching a late night show when I made it, so go no biggie. Happy crafting!
FYI, it helps if the tie you use is light, my tie was a bit bulky and it make the folds a bit thick, but I still love it reagardless. Just make sure you have a light tie to make it easier.
