Bought the fabric from Joann's, the machine from Target and spent my entire Monday sewing away.
This was my very first time using a sewing machine... it was very scary for me. I found a cool pattern I liked online then decided to go at it.
Of course the seams are crooked and some things are lopsided, but for my first time, it's not that bad...

This is awsome! Good job. Since you have fabric and a new sewing machine I am sure you will be sewing like crazy.... ( and now for some shameless promotion) You should totally check out the swap board and join a swap... maybe even my naughty swapper swap?! hehe
