The Star Lamp

so...
i am so in love with this lamp!!
its sooooo cute :D
i made it with 2 wire.. a yellow thread and an old lamp
if anyone is interested I'll convert it into a how-to ^^

ummm u need to enlarge the pictures because the thumbnails are shuffled!!
thats weird!

edit- sorry for the long how to.. but for me .. i like it more when some one explains it step by step..

gather your stuff to start !
take the yellow thread and roll it a little on the wire.

now once u rolled the threat a little.. now start rolling the wire

i dont know if u got the idea..
but ull figure it out when ur doing it.
in the end you will get this :D
don't forget to leave a little thread end about 6 cm long.

now put the two ends together like this.
now roll the little thread end around the ends like this

you can put some super glue on the two ends after doing this step just to make sure they will stay connected
if what u have ended up like this then ur doing it right =D
now shape a pentagon out of the circle..
now locate the middle of each side
and push it in.. like this!!
now repeat on all sides
make two!!
now put each two heads together
and tie them with a thread..
again.. u can glue them together after u tie them just to make sure they stay connected
you will have this!!!
make sure they are not flat.. and that they have some space between them
now take the thread and start rolling it randomly on the star u made .. but not too tight!!
now ull have this
few seconds later and it will look like this :D yaaaay
take the old lamp and remove the cheesy old cover.. and ull have this :D
now find away to push the blub into the star.. and glue it in away that it will stay on :D
and thats it
