WHAM! Good for given them little ones a smack across the face.
Yeah, so i was gonna make a pinata, but this seemed more fun. And also, before it was a slapstick, it was a pointer.

Instructions

Get yer materials;
A latex glove
Yarn
A stick
A hot glue gun + hot glue -

Inflate the glove and tie the bottom. Don't inflate it too much or it'll look swollen and creepy.

Hot glue it to the top of the stick, then tie around the hot glued and bonded section multiple times with yarn to re-inforce the bond.

FIN! Now go slap a couple people to show them who's boss.
