The Perfect Banana Milkshake/Smoothie

  • Completed Project: The Perfect Banana Milkshake/Smoothie Picture #1

A great way to use old bananas! ;]

I used 5-6 smallish bananas, where as I usually use medium/large.

Either way, you must wait till the bananas have some brown spots on them. The longer you let a banana ripe, the sweeter it will be!

This recipe will serve for two large cups. :]

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Gather all your materials and skin the apple, while also removing the core/seeds/stem. Cut the apple in half, then cut each half vertically. You don't have to, but I cut mine horizontally after vertically so the peices are smaller.

  2. Step 2

Peel all the bananas. Cut off any deep bruises, then chop them up. They dont have to be chopped up super thin, but this step will make the blending part go faster.

  3. Step 3

Put the chopped up fruits into the blender; along with the ice, milk, and sugar.

Blend till smooth, without any lumps!

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Pour into some cups and enjoy! This is my own personal recipe, and I love it! I hope you will too! ^^

    Om nom nom.
