first get your green shirt and leave it right side out and flip it over to the back. Then draw a sort of a star shape with your marker in the middle of the shirt but leave the bottom two points short and stubby.

now just cut a circle around the star. You can cut off the extra cloth later.

Now just sew on the line and cut around it but leave a hole by the leg unsewed so you can turn it right side out. now at the top point(the head) make a little fold with only the top peice of cloth and sew it so that it sticks up. this is going to be the mouth.

Now just turn it right side out and losely stuff him. Also make sure that his head can be bent back a little bit. Stuff him with little peices rather than big peices or else he will turn out lumpy and stuffed hard. Take the hole that you used to stuff him and sew it up very carefully and neatly.

Now take the mouth and sew it just like you did when it was inside out. you can make the stitches bigger and more sloppy for this. Now take the tip of his head and bend it to the back of his head and sew it down into place.

Draw him on some big mean eyes with the black marker. Permanent marker works best with this but you can use any kind of black marker.

Now just sew the bottom and the top of his eyes together a little bit so he looks squinty. then you can sew the top of the eyes like you did the mouth to make him look more angry and now your done!
