I made this cake for my sister's 17th Birthday. I'm not gonna lie it took a lot of time and money to make this. the Fondant is made from marshmallows and the cd cover on top is a royal icing transfer. you can tell it got rough in a few spots. I lacked the larger round cake pan for the bottom and a smaller one for the top so I improvised. It was a red velvet made from scratch. Which was delish! I used a cream cheese icing instead of the traditional butercreme. I would have posted a how to had I know about this site prior to last week.Lol
