Instructions

1. 

   If you have High arches, try Flap-and-Gusset Heels, Thumb-Joint Afterthought Heels and Afterthought Heels with Gussets.

2. If you have average arches, you can try anything!

3. If you have low arches, try Afterthought Heels and Short-Row Heels.
