Made this when I saw it in teen vogue I also made the bottle cap stringy decoration part, but it didn't look right on mine so I took it off.

All I did was cut of the sleeve and the hem, I used the hem strip from the cut off sleeve to make a new strap, and the hem from the bottom of the shirt was sewn all along the top to clean it up, them I ran some thread through the top and pulled it tight to make the ruffly effect, more deatailed instructions are in the how to by gabriela g.
