This candle was inspired from the Teddy Scares (or Scare Bear) product line- sorry, can never remember the correct name. I used an old magazine to cut the pattern out with scissors, then used an exacto knife on a cutting board to get the little detailed bits cut out. Mod-podge it on, then wait to dry.
