Cut the tops off of two eye pins and use a drop of hot glue to attach them to the top of the mini teddy bears, between their ears.

Tie two little bows with thin ribbon, and secure them with a little bit of craft glue.

Now use a tiny drop of craft glue to glue a rhinestones in the middle of each bow.

Use craft glue to attach the bows to the bears don't they look cute? :)

Add earring hooks, and you're set!
