You Will Need

Step 1
make a teapot shape small enough to fit on the tip of your ring finger.

Step 2
bake, then paint with acrylic paint of a color of your choice.

Step 3
make the dots using a tip of a sharp pencil dipped in nail polish

Step 4
When dry, varnish using clear nail polish.
