Turn an old or chipped teacup in to a scented candle.
I know this has been done a lot but I made the tutorial years ago and forgot to post it. My friend Clare gave me a really pretty teacup for my birthday but it was chipped and so, I decided to turn it in to a candle.

    Start by finding a teacup you might like to use.

    Cut a length of wick long enough to touch the bottom of your cup and tie it around a skewer. Place this to the side on preparation.

    Fill your cup with candle wax so that it's almost full.

    Fill a pan with water and leave to boil. Place the wax in a plastic jug and clip to the side of the pan.

    Leave the wax to melt for a few minutes, stirring with a toothpick if you need to break up any clumps.

    Remove from the pan and a few drops of your favourite essential oil.

    Place the skewer with the wick over you cup, so that it's nice and centred and then carefully pour the wax in to the teacup.

    Sprinkle with a little bit of glitter for effect. Not too much or it will burn and leave a horrible smell.
