how to on here and thought i can do that but i didn't it was hard. i took my mini hat and cut it in hafe and add a handle and bigger lip as a saucer. so just look up my mini hat how to. to see all what you need im to lazy. lol and look up harling tea cup hat topper, they are so cute.
