A cute tote bag for hip mommies!
A friend of mine is expecting. So as an additional baby shower gift, I decided to make her a fun tote bag. I used a pattern from the Sublime Stitching Craft Pad and stitched it on the white fabric, backed it with thin batting and did a zigzag stitch around the edge to make it look like a patch. I then top stitched it onto the flap for the bag and put the whole thing together. I think it turned out pretty snazzy. My friend shrieked and immediately swapped everything from her purse to my bag, so I think she liked it too.
