extra poofy tattered skirt
i made this skirt a while ago from all used clothing. I used mostly lace shirts that had a solid layer under the lace. I simply cut them into pieces and placed it all together. It is all hand sewn and only took a day to complete. ive also sewn beads and buttons onto the waist band to finish it off.

im not sure, it might be even poofier, but i havent tried to make one long since i cant stand long skirts. but i can tell you what that lady probaby did to make hers. I think she made a basic it kinda looks like shews wearing a petticoat under it. After the basic was done it looks like fabric was sewn flat onto the skirt, like the striped fabric shown on it. then when it was all done, everything shown popping off the skirt was sewn on. it should be easy, but time consuming to make. if you do it the way ive done mine i think it'll be uncomfy, my skirts kinda heavy as it is and it doesnt even go to my knees
