Pretty Pendant made from Tape Rings

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    We'll turn the plastic ring of this tape dispenser from BLAH TO TADA! by making it into an elegant pendant.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Gather at least four plastic rings.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Wrap a ribbon around the plastic ring (assume one yard per ring). Secure the ends with hot glue.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Glue the covered rings together to form a 4-leaf clover or 5-petal flower. Embellish with a sparkly button or brooch.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Attach a ribbon or chain (use invisible string tied around the ring) to the pendant. TADA! -- who knew plastic tape rings could be fashionable?
