Tape Measure Brooch
Be the highest measure of style with a tape measure brooch.

Find an old or unwanted tape measure and take a needle and thread.
-

At one end of the tape measure, fold over one edge and sew it down to the main body of the tape measure to create a small loop.

Repeat this behind the first loop. Sew in place.
-

Continue this round, making loops behind the first and sewing in place.
-

When you have worked your way round in a whole circle it should look like a flower. Cut off the excess tape measure.

Sew a button on to the front.
-

Sew a brooch clasp on to the back.

Really like this broach, it's dead cute. Kinda reminds me of the ribbon ones Neils Children used to wear.
