This is made from a T-shirt I won back in high school at a region track meet and some scrap fabric. Once you start making these, it gets really addictive :)
So somehow I accidentally made this into a how-to and I don't know how to change it back... sorry

I think I'm gonna try to make this a how-to soon, but at the moment I have a broken arm (cycling accident) and it is a little difficult to sew. I've gotten some messages from others saying they would like a tutorial as well
