lay your shirt flat, preferably remove the kitty :P

i've gone a head and cut the neck line, but you can leave it intact.

cut the bottom hem

after removing the bottom hem, measure one inch for each strip you will be cutting

start cutting each strip vertically through both layers, the longer the strip the better it will look

pull each individual strip, don't pull too hard cuz the strip might snap out of it's place

now moving to the sleeves, make sure to measure the length of the strips, they should be equal on both sleeves

repeat previous steps

put on your shirt and enjoy :)
